Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HAVN Marketplace, operated by HAVN WEB MARKETPLACE LLC. By using HAVN, you agree to these terms.

Who may use HAVN

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Listings and transactions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, condition, ownership, and availability of listings. Buyers and sellers decide whether to transact directly. HAVN provides marketplace and communication tools but is not the buyer, seller, owner, or guarantor of listed items.

Acceptable use

You must not offer illegal, stolen, unsafe, counterfeit, restricted, or misleading items. You must not harass others, send spam, impersonate a person, distribute malware, or attempt fraud. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and HAVN.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit and give HAVN a nonexclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate, promote, and improve the marketplace.

Safe trading

Review listings carefully, keep conversations on HAVN when possible, verify items before payment, and meet in a safe public place. Never share passwords or verification codes.

Availability and liability

HAVN is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HAVN WEB MARKETPLACE LLC is not responsible for user listings, user conduct, item quality or safety, or losses from transactions between users. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Suspension

We may remove content or suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms, the law, or community safety has been violated. You may stop using HAVN and request account deletion at any time.
