Account and verification

If you cannot receive a verification code, check your email address and UAE mobile number, then request a new code. Never share a verification code.

Buying and selling

Select an item to contact its seller. Keep descriptions accurate, use clear photos, and confirm the condition and price before completing a transaction.

Report a concern

Email us with the listing title, the other user’s name, and a short description. Include screenshots when helpful, but never send passwords, card details, or verification codes.

Stay safe

Meet in a safe public place, inspect the item before payment, and be cautious of requests to move conversations away from HAVN.

Delete your account

Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your HAVN account. We may need to verify your identity.

Install HAVN

Until the native store apps are released, open HAVN in Safari on iPhone and choose “Add to Home Screen,” or in Chrome on Android and choose “Install app.”
